About Wireless Access - HotSpots and Antennas

Wireless Internet access requires antennas - in fact, a network of them that will provide access over large areas. Some of these antennas will provide HotSpot access, and although we like our HotSpots, we want to make sure that our residential and business customers get all of the bandwidth that they deserve.

This is one of the reasons that we require an installation of a small box on the outside of your home that will make your signal strong and secure it as well from intruders.

HotSpots are a shared access point. Many visitors to the area may plug in to the HotSpot, making the connection a little slower than we would like our residential and business customers to have. Our HotSpot access will still be a great benefit to our residential and business subscribers since they can login for free wherever they go in our network. But our goal is to provide the best residential and business wireless Internet service to our customers.
